Method

Pressure is the incoming force. Capacity is the ability to respond.

Power, capital, trade and execution pressure are measured separately from productive, financial and execution capacity. Capacity dominant does not mean excess electricity or weak utilization; it means the measured response side currently outweighs the measured pressure side on the published normalization.

Pressure vectors

Evidence of incoming structural force: demand, financing, trade/input and execution pressure.

Response capacities

Evidence that the system can convert pressure into delivery: productive, financial and execution capacity.

Chain transmission

Chain Packs test whether pressure actually reaches a response capacity through observable intermediate nodes.

Readiness and comparison

Seven daily vintages support provisional publication, 30 support trend interpretation and 90 support calibration. A shared 0–100 display scale does not by itself make US and EU scores statistically equivalent.

The US parallel series remains observe-only until its feature and normalization history supports a reviewed direct-comparison claim.
